This well-established annual event is the forum for exchanging ideas and scientific developments amongst meat industry professionals and scientists.
Participants will be given a guided tour of Te Ohu Rangahau Kai – AgResearch and Massey University’s new purpose-built joint food sciences facility, followed by the opportunity to contribute to three exciting sessions related to the application of research outcomes in the meat industry.
The three sessions will cover: Disruptive Technologies, Emerging Food Technologies and Consumer Experience.
